  • What is the jewelry made of?

Each piece lists the materials in the product description. Earrings are either gold filled, sterling silver or stainless steel. All of the necklaces are either gold plated, silver plated or stainless steel. Rings are sterling silver, gold filled or stainless steel.

  • How long does shipping take?

Shipping is USPS First Class 2-3 day shipping including USPS tracking. Your order will be shipped out within 1-4 days of placing it. Shipping delays can be expected due to COVID-19.  At this point, Outcharmed only ships within the US.

  • How do I customize a piece or inquire about a special order?

Send an email to info@outcharmed.com, message on Instagram or fill out a form in the ‘contact’ page of the website with your request.

  • Do you design and make jewelry for special events such as weddings?

Yes! Outcharmed is the perfect bridesmaid gift to give. Email or message us to start planning your custom order.

  • Can I return an item?

Our return policy lasts 30 days. We accept returns for an exchange or store credit. No refunds. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you store credit or an exchange. No returns or exchanges for custom pieces. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition. Shipping fees may apply to return. Email returns@outcharmed.com with your order number and reasoning for the return.

  • Where can I shop Outcharmed in person?

Outcharmed sells at various flea markets in LA such as The Rose Bowl, Artists & Fleas, Melrose Trading Post and more! Check our Instagram to see where we will be selling next.

  • How should I care for my jewelry?

We recommend avoiding swimming, showering or sleeping in your jewelry. Contact with anything wet such as water, lotion or perfume may cause tarnishing or discoloration.
