Hi! My name is Samara and I am the owner and creator of Outcharmed. Outcharmed was created in 2016 as a way to let girls express themselves and their personal style. I graduated from the University of Arizona three years ago and moved out to LA to pursue my dreams. I started Outcharmed by making jewelry and clothes for myself in my spare time during college. Others seemed to like what I was making, so one day I decided to start a business out of it. I am self taught and come up with new designs day by day.
